Denticore

Terms of service

Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22

Agreement and authorized use

These terms govern use of Denticore unless a written customer agreement states otherwise. Users must be authorized by their clinic, provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use the service only for lawful clinic operations.

Clinic creation and subscription trial

Denticore is launching for independent dental clinics in Lebanon. A person authorized to act for the clinic may verify their email and create a clinic-owner account. An optional walkthrough is not a prerequisite. Creating an account alone does not start a trial or grant clinical access.

New clinic subscriptions include a three-day trial starting when Stripe activates the subscription after checkout. Payment details are required. The selected monthly or annual subscription renews automatically and the first paid period starts after the trial unless cancellation is requested before the trial ends. Review the amount, currency, billing interval, and trial end shown at checkout. Clinical work also requires an authorized desktop and verified clinic recovery kit.

Clinical responsibility

Denticore is an information-management tool. It does not provide medical advice or replace professional judgment. Clinics remain responsible for treatment decisions, record accuracy, required notices and consents, and compliance obligations applicable to their practice.

Security and prohibited conduct

Users must not share accounts, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access. Suspected account compromise must be reported promptly.

Account recovery and clinic key custody

Email-based account recovery resets the selected account password and revokes that account’s existing sessions. It does not recover clinical encryption keys. Before clinical work, an authorized administrator must save and verify a clinic-controlled offline recovery kit. Protect its separate passphrase and keep a recoverable copy outside the enrolled workstation. Refresh the kit when the required key inventory changes.

Recovery requires a trusted device holding usable keys, or a compatible recovery kit and its passphrase. If both are lost, Denticore cannot reconstruct the missing keys or decrypt affected records. A verified kit is not a substitute for the clinic’s record backup, availability, and applicable compliance obligations.

Software, updates, and availability

Denticore and its software are licensed, not sold. Updates may be provided to maintain security, compatibility, and functionality. Service interruptions can occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Published prices are per clinic and exclude tax. Any applicable tax and the total due are presented at checkout or on the invoice. The clinic record currency does not change the subscription currency. Changes to prices for new subscriptions do not by themselves replace an existing subscription price.

Clinic owners can open Subscription in the website or Administration → Subscription in the desktop app, then choose Manage billing securely to cancel or change billing intervals. Review the effective date in Stripe and refresh billing after returning. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period; access continues until that period ends, subject to payment status. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid period. Contact support@testingapplication.online if billing management is unavailable.

After the three-day trial, subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused time after cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another billing period.

When cancellation takes effect, all clinic access stops. There is no read-only access, record export, or handover service. Denticore retains the closed clinic’s server records and attachments for 90 days from the end of access. Resubscribing within that period restores access to the retained data; usable clinic encryption keys are still required. After 90 days, the clinic data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by subscribing again. Keep the clinic recovery kit and passphrase safe. Access may also be suspended to protect the service or address a material breach.

Support

Email support@testingapplication.online for account, subscription, installation, or service questions. Denticore aims to respond within three to four business days. Include the clinic name and a safe request reference where available, but do not send passwords, recovery material, or patient records. Support is not an emergency clinical service.
