Get help
We aim to respond within three to four business days. Denticore is launching for clinics in Lebanon.
Contact support@testingapplication.online with your clinic name, Denticore version, operating system, time of the problem with timezone, action attempted, and the error code or request reference shown. Do not include passwords, recovery keys, full patient records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Owners can open Subscription on the website or Administration → Subscription in the desktop app, then choose Manage billing securely. Cancel before the trial or billing period ends and refresh billing after returning from Stripe. New subscriptions have a three-day trial; prices exclude tax. Payments after the trial are non-refundable, except where required by law. Contact support if billing management is unavailable.
Read the subscription terms before checkout.
After cancellation
When cancellation takes effect, all clinic access stops. There is no read-only access, record export, or handover service. Resubscribe within 90 days to regain access to retained data, using your clinic encryption keys. After 90 days the data is permanently deleted.
Activation and installation
Use a qualified download from Clinic setup and check its operating system, processor, publisher and checksum. Never bypass operating-system signing warnings. If activation is pending, ask an authorized clinic administrator to approve the device and provision its keys. Preserve the installed app and local data while support investigates.
Payment and subscription access
After checkout, refresh billing to verify activation. If a charge or checkout is pending, resume the existing checkout or manage the existing subscription; do not pay again. Owners can manage billing on the website or in desktop Administration → Subscription. After resubscribing, sign in again to restore access.
Sync and attachments
Check the connection and the sync status. Review local changes requiring attention before retrying a failed action. A pending attachment is not confirmed as safely stored on the server. Keep the original file and workstation until upload and sync are confirmed. Do not reinstall, clear local data, or recreate a charge to fix an uncertain result.
Passwords, MFA and encryption keys
Password recovery restores account sign-in, not MFA or clinic encryption keys. Use an unused MFA recovery code, or ask another clinic OWNER to reset MFA. Encrypted records require a trusted device with usable keys, or a compatible recovery kit and its separate passphrase. Denticore cannot reconstruct lost keys.
Server recovery and unsynced work
A server restore must recover matching database records and attachment objects. It does not recover changes that never left a workstation. Preserve devices with pending work. Support cannot decrypt clinic data or guarantee recovery of missing local records.
Account access
Use password recovery for a verified clinic account. Ask your clinic administrator to invite users, change roles, or revoke a lost device. Denticore support will not ask for your password, recovery-kit passphrase, or encryption keys. Account recovery and encrypted clinical-data recovery are separate.
Email password reset does not reset your authenticator. Use an unused MFA recovery code if you lose access to it, or ask another clinic OWNER to reset MFA with their own password and second factor. A sole owner who has lost both their authenticator and all unused recovery codes cannot self-reset MFA through email or support. Keep those codes somewhere safe and separate from your authenticator.
Desktop troubleshooting
- Check the operating system and processor against the requirements shown with your download.
- Confirm the clinic's Denticore service is reachable over HTTPS.
- Use the qualified downloads in Clinic setup. Check the release version, publisher and checksum. Windows and macOS packages must pass operating-system signing checks; Linux downloads are verified against Denticore's signed catalog. Contact support if the operating system blocks a release.
Repair or update: finish pending synchronization and close Denticore, then use the supported same-version or newer release for your platform. Windows offers an installer and automatic updates; macOS and Linux use manual replacement or package updates. Keep the same operating-system user account and credential store. Avoid uninstalling as a repair step.
Uninstall: removing the application does not confirm local data was erased. Windows can preserve local records in a Denticore-preserved folder beside its data directory. Linux package removal and removing the macOS app leave user data behind. Signing out also retains workstation trust and encrypted data.
Recover or intentionally remove data: keep preserved folders and the original operating-system credential store intact. Confirm pending work has synchronized and retain a verified clinic recovery kit with its separate passphrase before asking support for a reviewed removal procedure. A kit restores encryption keys; it does not restore unsynced work, databases or attachment files. Send only the app version, operating system and support reference—never patient files, passwords or a recovery kit.
